This update brings some big improvements to how you manage documents, agreements, and your clients’ experience in the pet parent portal. So strap in and buckle up folks!

📁 The Document Center

You now have a dedicated place to manage the paperwork side of your business, all in one spot. The Document Center is where you’ll upload, organize, and share both your digital agreements and any other documents you want to keep on file.

You can keep files private, assign them to specific clients, or make them visible in the pet parent portal. Whether it’s policies, forms, or pet photos, this is your new go-to hub for staying organized.

✍️ Digital Agreements

Digital agreements let you collect e-signatures from your clients without the hassle of printing or scanning. You can create them using formatted text or upload your existing PDFs.

Once created, you can email the agreement for signing and track who has signed it.

You can also set an agreement to be required for all new clients. This will do two things:

• Require the agreement during online booking. New clients will need to sign before they can book.

• Require the agreement in the pet parent portal. First-time visitors will be prompted to sign before accessing the portal.

Digital agreements are perfect for things like:

• Service agreements

• Vet release forms

• Off-leash or group walk consent

• Photo and social media waivers

• & anything else that needs to signed off on!

📎 Business Documents

Not everything needs a signature. You can now upload and store any kind of business document in the Document Center.

You decide whether a document is private, shared with specific clients in their portal, or available to everyone. Examples include:

• Pet photos or ID info

• Vaccination records and vet documents

• Pickup or drop-off instructions

• Holiday schedules

• Training notes

• Your policies or welcome packet

Supported formats include PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, images, and more.

Have a lot of documents? Create document tags to easily sort and filter through your files.

🐾 Pet Parent Portal Upgrades

I’ll be honest, the pet parent portal was worse for wear. Did you even know we had one? Well, it’s now cleaner and easier for clients to use (and bug-free 🤞). Start by sending your client a welcome email, inviting them to your business and nudging them to activate their portal account. From the portal, pet parents can view:

• Their previous and upcoming bookings

• Invoices and payments information

• Pet and personal info

• Digital agreements and shared documents

• & have easy access to your booking page

🔧 Other Fixes and Improvements

• Better mobile layout across the site

• A new "Find on Calendar" button for easier calendar booking navigation

• Lots & lots of bug fixes and visual polishes, as usual
