Add a "Pet Required" toggle to services
Certain services (home security checks, poop scoop, etc.) do not need a pet associated with their booking, just a client. This feature would add a toggle to enable booking these services (admin side & client side) without needing to enter in a pet.

Losing button functionality on mobile and UI elements off screen
For context: I’m using Scritches on mobile as a home screen widget, versus opening safari every time. Problem #1: When trying to create new invoices or send on mobile, the touch functionality for the buttons goes away. It takes several clicks to press the button to do the desired action. Problem #2: UI elements like send for the report card, are half visible at the bottom of the screen; deleting an invoice is off the screen, and sometimes the report card screen freezes when clicking into visit notes, making you unable to scroll up or down to read what you’re typing.

Multiple services for different pets in one booking
I want to be able to book different services for different pets within a single booking. For example, I have a dog that needs boarding, but my cats only need feeding visits on the same days. Currently, I have to create separate bookings for each service type, which is inconvenient for multi-pet households with different care requirements.

I want to be able to incorporate taxes into the existing rate so that it's included in my pricing, but still shown as a breakdown on the invoice. This would allow me to advertise "all-in" prices while still meeting tax reporting requirements on the invoice.

Hey @Lucas Stefanski I noticed that in the email that clients receive requesting they write us a review, the word “team” appears after the business name. i.e. (the PSPP team). Could you please delete that. I think that would be noticed by clients who know their sitter is a solo sitter. Even thought they would hopefully give the sitter the benefit of the doubt and forget about, it’s still a minor distraction at an important moment. They’ve just been asked to write a review, so it would be best if they were focused on that. Or a client might think its a new development which could create some confusion later on. Thanks!

Time zone issue
Hi Lucas, I'm currently traveling and it seems the time zone is affecting all bookings. New requests are showing with wrong date/time (see screenshot of e-mail compared to request on the platform) and the same is happening to the already scheduled bookings on my calendar (all showing at ungodly hours) which makes it super hard to work on my schedule while I’m away. Any fix for this? Thanks a lot!

If a client pays through Scritches pay are they able to leave a tip after the booking? I have folks pay prior to the booking and do not want to tip at that step in the process, which is totally understandable, but it looks like they don’t have the option to add a tip afterwards. I do give the option of plenty of other forms of payment, but wanted to get a solid answer. I wouldn’t mind the payment sort of being on “hold” until the end of the booking. Which is what I think these big apps do on their end. I’m trying to give the opportunity for a tip without being tacky or pushy!

I created a couple of client profiles to test my workflows and see how my forms and agreements look on their end. There doesn’t seem to be a way to permanently delete them, but it would be nice to be able to filter them out or exclude them from the list of sent intake forms or from counts of agreements signed/pending.

Record payment. I have many clients who leave cash at their visits and Everytime I have to manually add payment I forget how to do it and it takes a long time to figure it out. Cam you please add a "add payment" option on the business end to make it easy?
