Custom Client Rates

Goal: As a provider, I want to define and enforce a clear cancellation policy so clients understand expectations, cancellations are handled consistently, and billing is automated instead of relying on manual notes. Automated Invoice Emails

Hi Lucas, I’ve mentioned this before but would like to reiterate how important of a feature this would be for me! While I could edit and message my clients about a surcharge when their bookings exceed 24 hours (this is for overnight boarding), I believe it doesn’t foster great rapport. I’ve noticed an uptick in bookings that span over 24 hours when it wasn’t the case when I was using Rover and it was clear for people they’d be charged extra for extended care.I believe in being compensated fairly and being transparent about pricing, and truly think this is an necessary add to the booking system!Thanks!

Intake Forms

Hi, I have been looking for a simple, inexpensive option for my petsitting business and was reading some of your posts on Reddit. This looks great so far but I would need to be able to capture more information from/about my clients ie multiple dog names, birthdays, behavior notes, etc). If I could find a customizable solution that doesn’t cost an arm &amp; a leg I would do cartwheels.

Hi Lucas,In the services section, I like that there is a dollar fee here, but is it possible to add an option for a percentage as well? I may be just weird, but I calculate my holiday fees on a percentage scale, rather than a specific dollar amount - this way, it is more fair across the board regardless of whether they are paying for a $15.00 service or a $200.00 service. And, I would like to do the same for my additional pet fees as well.Also, is it possible to be able to re-name the additional pet fee? It says “Pet 2”, but I include the first two pets in the service price, not charging extra until pet 3. I was thinking it might be nice if we could change the title for those of us who don’t always charge per pet?

Chat bubble is blocking features

Currently, for multi-day stay services such as overnights, boarding, etc. availability is not automatically blocked once booked. If a booking is made for August 15–16, other clients can still book those same dates until the provider manually adds a blocked time. This can cause double-bookings and administrative overhead. The system should be configurable to automatically block the booked dates for stay-based services to prevent overlapping reservations.

In order to further support non-US based pet care providers, address inputs and displays need to be localized to the provider’s country. This should support all major English-speaking countries. Further countries can be supported on user request.

I would love to be able to add different types of service fees. I charge a fee if the dog is less than a year old. Also I see the pet 2 fee. It would be great if there could be a fee per additional dog and additional cat instead of having to add each in manually.
