Self-service client portal signup (no client record required)

Currently, clients cannot sign up for the client portal unless a client record already exists on the business’s side. This requires either the business to manually create the client and enter an email, or for the client to book a service through the booking page before the client can create a portal account.

The request is to allow clients to self-create a client record and portal account without booking a service, providing a low-pressure way for hesitant or future clients to add their info, explore the portal, and return to book later.
