Partially Paid Invoices/Open Invoices
Is there any way to calculate open invoices as the remaining amounts left on the invoices? For context a majority of my open invoices are half paid with deposits, so the open amount would really be half of what is shown. At least in my use case, seeing the true amount left open on the invoices would be more helpful.

"Configured Holidays" is very cumbersome
I have some feedback for the “Configured Holidays” section of the site. If you’re not American it takes forever to delete every single holiday as each have a confirmation screen, I think it would be good if there were a bulk edit button with tickboxes to select which ones you’d like to delete. Maybe one alert box that says “you’re about to delete: x, y z holidays” Additionally, when adding a new holiday the calendar UI is very clunky. The box resizes with each month meaning you have to move your cursor around everywhere to find where its disappeared to - somethings it also flips around to the bottom rather than just getting smaller or larger. Also, a date range is a bit clunky too - Currently you select a start, then end in two separate boxes but it would be great if you could select a start and end date in one go (e.g first click start, second end, third start again, etc). Mileage information in client profile for taxes
Is there a way to include miles to and from a client in their profile? I know there is a map in there, is there a way that that can be utilized somehow? My thought is since most of us write off our mileage, at the end of the year if we could hit a button and it would tell us mileage for each booking, it'd be easier to compile for taxes

UI Adjustment
Hey could we potentially adjust the schedule page UI when selecting next month or previous month? The month name size changes where there arrow is located next to “Today” and it is easy to accidentally go back to today’s date when quickly shifting through the months. One potential option would be swapping the location of the month name and the arrows/today section of the UI so the month name can change without changing the locations of the arrows on the page. Minor suggestion but thought it might help with navigating the UI.

Client-facing calendar integration — give clients the ability to add their booking to their personal calendar (Google/Apple/Outlook), either via an “Add to Calendar” button at checkout or an auto-attached .ics file on the booking confirmation email 2. Automated client reminders via email — configurable cadence (e.g., 24 hours before, morning of), sent automatically with no action required from me Problem it solves: Clients booking in advance frequently forget their booking times, leading to missed or mistimed drop-offs and pick-ups. Currently I’m manually sending reminders, which doesn’t scale. Editing the dates
I have had some issues more than once about editing a booking. For example I am in the process of completing a boarding with a dog and the pet parents are changing the booking from 7 night to 6 nights, I am having trouble editing the booking and changing the dates, I should be able to do that on my end. Now what’s the best thing for me to do now? Because I can’t charge her for that extra night she’s now not using.

Assigned report templates not working
Ive had different report templates for different services. They were working totally fine for weeks but since yesterday all my service reports keep using the default report. For now I’ve just been continuously switching which template is the “default” one so I can send my clients the right report, and that function works fine. I’ve also tried unassigning and reassigning services to templates but it still uses the default. Hopefully that makes sense Anyway, I know you are fairly quick with fixes like this so just want to thank you in advance, I appreciate your time!!!! :-)

More Options for Trainers, Please!
I am a dog trainer that also provides pet care services to my clients. I have been looking for a new booking software and LOVE Scritches, however, it doesn’t have what I need yet. -I’d love to see a package option (training package, where clients pre-pay for a bundle of services and have credits they can use on private lessons, consultations, whatever is included in that package) -Add-Ons, so clients can add training sessions to their dogs’ boarding stay, or a bath and nail trim, etc. -Specific booking times for services instead of blocks (maybe I am missing something and you do offer this- I’m still exploring!) -Two different windows of time to choose for arrival and departure with boarding/overnight stays (ex. 7am-10am OR 4pm-6pm) -Group classes option where multiple clients book a time slot. Could also be used for group walks, meetups, etc.

Or if a payment is over the amount of that invoice, automatically rolling the credit over to the next invoice would also work….
