Calendar View in Mobile
The mobile view of the calendar seems to be off scale or something. The dates overlap the days, I cannot read where it should say βblocked timeβ, and in the brief setting you can see the text is not aligned.

I would love to have correspondence tracker within the Clients tab, possibly among the Documents and Forms Menu. Even if it just lists a date and email sent/what was sent. For example, I have sent out a receipt and a review booster email, so I donβt resend multiple times. And please include automated emails sent out too, so we arenβt doubling up!

More customization for schedule and availability
The time slots and windows are difficult to manage for someone who has a limited schedule. We should be able to block out times for multiple days or remove the option all together. As someone who does Pick up and drop offs I feel like the time slots can be confusing to my clients and Iβd like to remove the option all together

Organizing Dates on Invoice
Is there a way to organize dates once on an invoice? Do I have to remove everything, and then add them in order? ie: I had prepared invoice so it would be ready to have it for the weekend. The client added a booking on Wednesday between 2 previously scheduled visits. When I add in the Wed it doesnβt go in date order, it goes to the end. Because client is booked 2x a month, this happened multiple times and the invoice has dates bouncing back and forth. Thanks!

Evening/after hours surcharge?
Is there a way to create a surcharge for certain time blocks? I prefer not to completely block off evening availability, but I would like to discourage unnecessary evening bookings. Being able to add an extra fee to bookings during specific time blocks would help encourage clients to choose daytime appointments while still leaving evenings available when needed. Or if people have other suggestions to manage this please let me know.

Add text message updates!!
I would love if you guys considered adding text message updates this would help immensely!! It would help us respond quicker when our clients reach out to us. The email just doesn't cut itβ¦.. people are regularly on their phones and always check their text messages. I would love if the scratchies update team would consider adding a feature where we could get all notifications via text message for our scratches profile!! Also adding a feature where we can pick what type of notifications we get through our text messages would be awesome!! The ability to choose if we want email or text message updates would be amazing as well!

I don't like how bright the notes and intake forms are on my clients pet profiles.

Question about billing for overnight services
So I am on the Wag platform and I have my prices copied and pasted so I should be making the same on there as what the pet parents are paying just without wag taking their 40 percent. That is not the case though. This pet parent was going to be paying $284.76 for this specific service booked through wag but when she booked through scritches she was only getting charged 218.57. So I lost out on $66.19. That is what I charge for a nightly fee. How do I change my prices on scritches to charge for that day Iβm technically there but Iβm not staying the night. (My departure day) Wag is charging them for that day and my scritches booking site is not. Iβve been loosing out on a decent amount of money this entire time.

Blocked time off bug not showing correctly on schedule
There is a bug in the blocked time off. The calendar page does not show it accurately. Client portal I show in the video is correct I guess because I am open half a day on Saturday but even that is different than the calendar view.

Service window times incorrect on client booking page.
I had a service window called 10:30 Arrival. I changed all of them to remove the word arrival and deleted the 10:30 arrival. The name changes appear correct on client booking page but the deleted 10:30 still shows.

Ability to duplicate services
Hey @Lucas Stefanski I read your comment about breaking out my duration based services into their own services so the additional pet rates would apply correctlyβ¦ it would be a lot easier if the services could be duplicated and then edited so I donβt have to build nearly identical services from scratch each time.

It seems as though the ability to create multiple report cards for overnight sitting Was unintentionally removed. Previously at the bottom, it used to say create another report card but now it doesnβt show that and inside of the booking youβre unable to a create a new one. It seems to only apply to overnight sittings, as repeat walks seems to be unaffected.

I revised an invoice and sent to the client. Then I changed the pickup time later in the day as she requested. By changing the pickup time, the adjusted amount I previously set, had reset and readjusted to my standard rate. Once invoices are edited, they should never automatically change without a prompt

Boarding Rates
Boarding/house sitting should be based on 24 hour periods. If a client drops off a pet at 9am Monday, and picks-up that pet 5pm on Tuesday, the rate should be calculated differently. For instance, base/overnight rate plus either a surcharge or base day care rate. My boarding rate would be $45 for 9am Monday to 9am Tuesday, but would be $60 for 9am Monday to 5pm Tuesday.
