Critical issue, now giving me errors when trying to book on laptop too!!! Scritches is useless to me if I can't book on it....

My previous post a few days ago indicated an error issue while trying to enter a booking on my phone version. Now tonight I get this on my laptop version! It’s not even telling me what field is left “blank”, it just won’t let me move forward. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Editing recurring bookings

Hi! I’m really enjoying Scritches so far, but I don’t see a way to change specific weeks for recurring bookings. What if a client normally has scheduled walks at 9:00 AM every Monday and Wednesday, but for just one week they need to change it to 3:00 PM, or change the days to Thursday and Friday, before going back to their regular schedule the next week? If there is a way to do this already other than cancelling the walks that week and setting up a one time booking, please let me know. Thanks!

Loyalty Programme

Hey! So my own website has a rewards scheme for repeat bookings, but it is not the best and I have to integrate so many other apps into it (very expensive), I think it could be a great thing for Scritches! For example - For every booking (over X days long, or over a value, or per booking) they earn a pawprint Every 4 pawprints could equal £X booking credit (which is applied to profile like refunds, etc) The credit is then auto-applied to new invoices or bookings, or manually if required This is a really good way to keep clients with you, even if you update your prices! It has worked wonders for me, and I love the idea of it being integrated into Scritches! What do you think?

Can we get a detailed booking history feature?

A client used their profile to put in a booking request with a set time for check-in and out. We needed to make a time adjustment for one of the days. 1. I noticed that i can't set different check in/out times for different days of the same booking (not dog walking or drop-ins). 2. When I realized I made a mistake and adjusted the time for the wrong booking date, I didn't remember the OG check-in time. I didn't see a way to look up the OG history when a client puts in a booking request or if I put in the booking request for them. 3. Can the booking request email alert also show the check-in/out time?

Submit button cut-off when sending report card with custom message

This is only on mobile, and scrolling doesn’t work. My current workaround is to wait until I get to my computer to send the report card. I think this may be wrapped up with the invoice stuff on mobile, too, if that’s helpful! Happens both as a standalone app and within Safari on iOS.
