I'm trying to import clients from another system. Unfortunately I cannot see this option although the AI Bot tells me it should be visible. It told me I needed to be on Solo Pro for this, at least. Ended up subscribing to the highest plan possible but still cannot see the option anywhere. I've searched all settings, high and low. Can anyone help please? I've got about 500 animals to import, it will be time consuming to add each account manually. Thank you.

I want to receive automated notification reminders (like push notifications or emails) a certain amount of time before my bookings start, so I don't miss any appointments. Currently, I have to rely on calendar sync, but direct reminders from the app would be much better.

In the desktop app Month view, the day-of-the-week headers (Mon-Sun) are missing and replaced by numbers (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10). This appears to be a UI bug where month indices are being displayed instead of day names. The user provided a screenshot showing this behavior for April 2026. I want to see the actual day names so I know what day it is.

Hey @Lucas Stefanski As a test client, logged into a browser window and account seperate form the one I log in as admin, I booked 4 seperate visits for April 14th and overbooking protection wasn’t triggered. The booking wer for the same service window, 8-10am, which is set to allow only 2 bookings. I tried it again for April 26th just now and had the same result. Ive included screenshots. I also noticed that when i click upcoming bookings as a test client, the results do not include the bookings i made 30+ minutes ago,, although the actual bookings page does show them (see screenshot).
