Lower-Cost Plan for Google Calendar Sync Only
I only need the Google Calendar sync feature, but the required Solo Pro plan at $40/month is too expensive for just this one feature. I would like a cheaper, intermediate plan that includes only the Google Calendar sync.

Location specific issue re: Client updating their profile
@Lucas Stefanski Ok so if a client here in Cambodia is logged in to their portal and updates their street address or phone number, they will get an error and it wont be saved because the system is looking for a US state , which is blank . When they fill out the form that is not required so their address info successfully becomes their profile and their map shows thier correct location. its only an issue when they try to update it. This is not the case for the emergency contact, no error there. If its easier for you to set up Cambodia using their native currency opposed that is totally ok for me. WHen i first had these issues i told you to just use dollars bc the dollar is the second official currency here. I assumed that was easier for you. At that time i didnβt realize that the currency played a part in how you set up another country. So that is an option or if you can make the state not required in the profile section or maybe you have another idea, but obviously it is very important that clients can update their address and number without any issues. Hi @Lucas Stefanski now that the message /comment icon is not available when using an Android ( which l think was removed for good reason nc it was in the way and easy to press by mistake and lose unsaved text or setting configurations) , I canβt figure out how to get to the help/features area on my phone. Is there a link to we could bookmark or an more direct path?

time windows...
I want to allow clients to book me without the time windows; IE, if they want an exact time, they would pick an exact time. Short of creating 48 half hour long windows, how can I do this? Or am I missing something?

Weekly invoices for weekly services?
If I have a client who, for example, needs me every M/W/F every week, is there a way to invoice them weekly instead of hitting them with the entire charge for weeks/months ahead of time?

Booking Limits
Wondering if there is a way to add pet limits vs booking limits to certain categories. Example: For overnight pet boarding I have it limited to 6, but I actually need it for 6 pets. Meaning if someone books one booking for 2 dogs that it takes 2 spaces not 1. Does that make sense? This makes sense for boarding and day care bookings. Not sure how difficult it would be on the back end?

No easy way to indicate cash payment fractions.... ie, 50% due now, 50% due day before date of service.
Or similar. Pretty much as the title indicates. I have very few clients who pay cash or who want to. But some do, especially elderly pet parents. A way to indicate when that is due (after booking, before booking, etc) would be helpful This would ONLY be for my established clients whom I trust.

Option to remove or reposition tip line on invoices
I want to be able to remove the tip portion from the invoice or move it to the bottom. I send these to clients at the time of booking, and I think the tip prompt looks a little intense to first-time clients who haven't used my services yet.

Boarding Pets
I would love to set a maximum pet limit to the boarding spaces we have. Each of our suites has the same limit (3), but other companies might want to establish a specific limit on each resource/space they have. In addition, I would also love for clients to be able to send a boarding request requesting separate boarding spaces for their pets. Or to be able to designate which pets can be boarded together, and which need to be separate. For example, New Client adds three Pets to their profile and designates Pets 1 & 3 to board together and Pet 2 to board separately. This would change the resource/space availability and also change the pricing. Or they could have added four Pets to their profile and our limit is three per suite, so now they must decide which Pets theyβd like to board together/separately. Both features would be great! Love all the Scritches updates so far!

Report Cards displaying only first day of booking and incorrect booking filter
A small bug that only shows on my side(not to clients), when creating new report cards for a multi day sitting, a new report card displays only the first day of the booking. For instance, Jan 28th and 29th show as Jan 27th as Iβm creating them, but on the receiving end they display the correct date. This is the report card sent for Jan 29th. (This is on the page where I create the report card itself, add photos, visit notes, checklists, etc.) Additionally this booking is in progress, but shows as completed in the bookings tab. (Perhaps itβs marking as completed after sending a report card?) Correctly showing as in progress in booking details.

Saving report card draft doesn't always save visit notes
This has happened to me a few times, but I wanted to make sure I was definitely hitting the save draft button. I like to take notes throughout the day when Iβm pet sitting, then send the report card at the end of the day. My photos are being saved in the draft, but not the notes.

hey @Lucas Stefanski If a client writes a short review, it look very unimpressive in the review box because it doesnβt fill up the space. Im requesting that the text automatically increases in size until it fills the space or decreases if there is a long review. This would also give users the ability to select a powerful sentence from multi sentence review and if the text filled the space it would be more impactful and attention grabbing. thanks

Hi @Lucas Stefanski To communicate with customers I use telegram, which is similar to what's app. I am requesting an additional space to provide my contact link in the same area as my mobile phone number . So I guess this wood actually be an extra field in the organization settings that appears on the landing page like our phone number and city do now. I know I can provide a link to it in the about us but when a client looks at the contact info area I would like them find what they are looking for and expecting. It's also easier to say contact is using the contact info on our landing page then look in the about section of the landing page for our telegram link and also direct them to our phone number separately. I don't know if this would be of use to other users at the moment but imagine some have an online method of communication they use. For example What's App and also fb messenger which has its own link independent of an fb page. Maybe Google Meetβ¦. Thanks!

Sending Intake Forms
When looking at client profiles, I am able to send documents from the documents tab but unable to send my intake form from the intake forms tab. It would be a lot easier workflow wise if I was able to send everything to a specific client when looking through their profile.

Invoice due date
Iβm not sure if this is a bug or if it is by design, but I recently sent my first invoice and instead of a due date it simply says βin 21 daysβ. This may seem self explanatory but the fact that it doesnβt say βdueβ anywhere or have a specific date is not ideal. Any guidance on this is appreciated. The client I sent this to is a senior and doesnβt use her account so this invoice is the only information she has about payment details and I think it may be confusing to her. Thank you!
