Repeat Customer Profile Functionality

I’m getting feedback from my customers that they are having a hard time creating a booking after their first one that prompted them to create a profile. I tried to log in to Scritches with my personal email and kept being sent on a loop of saying I had needed to log out of pet sitter account, then said I had to activate account, then said my account had been archived. It does not show my test parent account with my personal email as archived on my pet sitter end (with business email). Two things: This was from my client: “I booked the times I wanted then it took me to the new client intake form. I put my name in and it sent me to the first screenshot. The second screenshot is what I got when I selected “sign in now“. When I selected “continue as guest”, it sent me back to the new client intake form. There wasn’t an option to sign in before I booked the times” Is there a way for clients to sign in to their account from my booking page? I think some of them are just painstakingly creating a whole new profile when they are making a new booking. I know I can just book from my end as a much easier work around for now, but not if they don’t tell me. I’m having a hard time testing the client portal to really see what they are dealing with on their end.

Will not allow me to apply additonal pet rates beyond pet #2

When I go to apply additional pet rates by pet type, if I try to change the additional pet rate to pet #3 or #4, it gives me this error: “You cannot change the pet number while ‘Apply to all additional pets’ is enabled.” But as you can see in the screenshot, I do not have “Apply to all additional pets” enabled. The same thing happens when I try to set additional pet rates without applying by pet type. It will only let me set rates starting at pet #2, which means I’m being forced to charge an additional pet fee for the second pet. I only want to charge additional pet rates starting with the third pet and beyond. This looks like a bug because I didn’t have this issue a few weeks ago.

Client(s) paid but invoice says “Past Due”

So I’ve had two clients book with me and I’ve completed the service and all is well until I send them their invoice for the booking. They use one of my accepted payment methods I have listed through this software, one client sent payment via Zelle and the other client sent payment via Venmo and both clients still ended up saying “past due” they stayed in “Past Due” until I was able to put a credit on their invoice for the amount they were due. This doesn’t help me keep track of how much money I’ve made thus far on the app. It just places their invoice’s as “Paid” I want to be able to mark their invoice as paid, or paid in full via Venmo maybe even (paid x via Venmo) so I know how much I made specifically off that booking(since a lot of the times they will tip me as well) right now I’ve made $174 through scritches but it’s only saying I’ve made $2 and some change. (I accidentally gave the first client a credit including the taxes it charged her so that’s why I’m positive anything at all. It’s not showing I made $36 off her Zelle or the $98 I made off the sitting, I got a $40 tip from the people. It’d be nice if I could change the invoice to “Paid” manually if need be and it would be nice if I could add in a tip somewhere to be able to track every penny I’ve profited off using this app.

Service location

Testing various services and the only “Service location” I see being set on a booking is the client’s address. I might be missing something and didn’t see anything about service location in the documentation. If the booking is for daycare or boarding at our location it should not be using the client’s address. The only place I see to communicate the correct service location is in the “Message” field of the booking confirmation screen, and having to do this for every booking would be tedious. Should there be a toggle on the services configuration to switch between provider address and client address? Or text input fields on the services configuration for us to fill in the location? Then include the appropriate address in the email to the client after a booking is confirmed, and also displayed on the booking detail in the client portal (only after the booking is confirmed)
