Location specific issue re: Client updating their profile

@Lucas Stefanski Ok so if a client here in Cambodia is logged in to their portal and updates their street address or phone number, they will get an error and it wont be saved because the system is looking for a US state , which is blank . When they fill out the form that is not required so their address info successfully becomes their profile and their map shows thier correct location. its only an issue when they try to update it. This is not the case for the emergency contact, no error there. If its easier for you to set up Cambodia using their native currency opposed that is totally ok for me. WHen i first had these issues i told you to just use dollars bc the dollar is the second official currency here. I assumed that was easier for you. At that time i didn’t realize that the currency played a part in how you set up another country. So that is an option or if you can make the state not required in the profile section or maybe you have another idea, but obviously it is very important that clients can update their address and number without any issues. Boarding Pets

I would love to set a maximum pet limit to the boarding spaces we have. Each of our suites has the same limit (3), but other companies might want to establish a specific limit on each resource/space they have. In addition, I would also love for clients to be able to send a boarding request requesting separate boarding spaces for their pets. Or to be able to designate which pets can be boarded together, and which need to be separate. For example, New Client adds three Pets to their profile and designates Pets 1 & 3 to board together and Pet 2 to board separately. This would change the resource/space availability and also change the pricing. Or they could have added four Pets to their profile and our limit is three per suite, so now they must decide which Pets they’d like to board together/separately. Both features would be great! Love all the Scritches updates so far!

Report Cards displaying only first day of booking and incorrect booking filter

A small bug that only shows on my side(not to clients), when creating new report cards for a multi day sitting, a new report card displays only the first day of the booking. For instance, Jan 28th and 29th show as Jan 27th as I’m creating them, but on the receiving end they display the correct date. This is the report card sent for Jan 29th. (This is on the page where I create the report card itself, add photos, visit notes, checklists, etc.) Additionally this booking is in progress, but shows as completed in the bookings tab. (Perhaps it’s marking as completed after sending a report card?) Correctly showing as in progress in booking details.

Additional contact field

Hi @Lucas Stefanski To communicate with customers I use telegram, which is similar to what's app. I am requesting an additional space to provide my contact link in the same area as my mobile phone number . So I guess this wood actually be an extra field in the organization settings that appears on the landing page like our phone number and city do now. I know I can provide a link to it in the about us but when a client looks at the contact info area I would like them find what they are looking for and expecting. It's also easier to say contact is using the contact info on our landing page then look in the about section of the landing page for our telegram link and also direct them to our phone number separately. I don't know if this would be of use to other users at the moment but imagine some have an online method of communication they use. For example What's App and also fb messenger which has its own link independent of an fb page. Maybe Google Meet…. Thanks!
