Multi-Day Dog Daycare Selection

It would be really helpful if clients were able to book more than one day of daycare per booking. Many of my clients like to book the days they need for the whole month in one booking. They can’t use reoccurring booking because days of the week and times can be different.

Travel Fees

I’d like to be able to have an automatic travel fee apply to bookings that are a certain distance away from my address, or are outside my service area. It doesn’t even have to be automatic but I want a way to charge someone for the gas it takes to get to their far away location.

Import or Manually Add Existing Reviews

Import or Manually Add Existing Reviews Hi! Is there a way to import or manually add reviews we've already collected from clients? I signed up for Shoutout.io a few months ago to collect testimonials and have received some really lovely feedback. I'd love to bring those reviews into Scritches without having to ask clients to write them all over again. Would be awesome to have the option to import them or add them ourselves!

Weekend Surcharges for different Services

In this section it would be nice to change the surcharge per service. The reason being I would like to charge more for walks on the weekend, but don’t want to add the surcharge to overnight stays.

Care Gallery

It would be great to have a gallery within each client/pet profile that automatically collects photos shared through the Report Cards, with the ability for both the client and business to view and download the images. This would give clients an easy way to look back on photos from their pet’s care over the years, while also making them accessible for things like keepsakes, memorial gifts, or social media content.

Welcome email layout

Hey @Lucas Steflor im not sure if its always been like this or not but i just noticed that the information presented in the welcome email is out of order. currently the order is: Activate email (button) What you can do in your client portal: (text) bullet point list After activating your account, you can also: (text) Visit Your Portal (text) “access your pets information, view appointments and more,” Visit Your Portal (button) It looks like #2 should actually be #4 making the order look like this… Also both lines of text above the Visit Your Portal button seem unnecessary since they just repeat the button text and the info from “what you can do in your client portal. And I have to point out that here it refers to the portal as the “client portal”, while I think that the portal is consistently referred to as “Pet Parent Portal” everywhere else. The green button does NOT let me manually enter payments on an invoice. Please tell me how I can.

Ugh...day one with this app, and already already agonizingly frustrated🙄. Why can't I manually mark invoices as paid?

I don't see a way to manually mark invoices as paid. When clients pay with cash or check, I'd like to have that iption

Multiple Drop Ins

For my drop in services, I either charge by a visit or for multiple at a flat rate Is there a way to configure more than one drop in at the same rate? When clients select the time/visit windows, it currently charges them for each visit. I would like for clients to be able to request 2-3 visits at designated times for one fee, per day.

Record payment

Hi. I am not getting a record payment button at the bottom of the invoices now.  Is there another way to do that now? Thank you!

Re" cant drag images or use live preview (phone)

Hi Lucas, as you'll see in the vid, i can't drag images to reorder them and the phone live preview is not responding to clicks. however, the desktop live preview works perfectly...

Secondary Email on report cards

Hi! I've received requests to add a secondary email address to the report cards so that both owners in the household receive them. Would you consider adding this in the future? Thank you!

Payment at booking

I would love the option to have customers pay when they book, rather than always having to send an invoice. For dog daycare, I require payment at drop off but this can be avoided by having them pay when they book online. For boarding, I collect a partial payment to secure their spot and the remainder is due at pick up, so being able to collect the deposit at checkout would be helpful.

Hey @Lucas Steflor - Just wanted to say that I’m really loving the work you are putting in to Scritches! It’s not something I can fully transfer over to yet - Reminders & multi-day daycare selection are my 2 must-haves to move my business fully over - But you can bet when that happens I will be doing so! Will still be active and will play around with the program and let you know if I have any ideas! Thanks again for all your hard work!

Re: html code from About Us section showing above online booking link

Hi @Lucas Steflor when i share the online booking link it always has the html code you see above. The links to the services don’t have this issue, as shown in the second image. Also i just noticed that image for the online booking link is an old version of the logo, although not very old, i just replaced it. Still thought i’d mention it since the new one is showing up elsewhere and is showing on the cat sitting link above. Thanks.
