Care Gallery
It would be great to have a gallery within each client/pet profile that automatically collects photos shared through the Report Cards, with the ability for both the client and business to view and download the images. This would give clients an easy way to look back on photos from their pet’s care over the years, while also making them accessible for things like keepsakes, memorial gifts, or social media content.
Secondary Email on report cards
Hi! I've received requests to add a secondary email address to the report cards so that both owners in the household receive them. Would you consider adding this in the future? Thank you!
Domain name/website option
This might be a reach 😂 But! I’d love to have the option for the scritches booking page be our website. I’m curious if it would ever be possible to link our domain name (fetchingpurrs.com) to that page? Thank you!
Multi-Day Dog Daycare Selection
It would be really helpful if clients were able to book more than one day of daycare per booking. Many of my clients like to book the days they need for the whole month in one booking. They can’t use reoccurring booking because days of the week and times can be different.

Intake Form - Question Details
Allow a separate description field for questions on intake forms. Ex. Questions Title: Do you have active cameras in your home? Questions Details: While your pet care provider is comfortable with cameras in public spaces, locations must be disclosed prior to their visit for safety reasons. Any cameras not disclosed will result in an immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund.

It’s super important to be able to make some client & pet info fields required before they are able to book. Would love this option.
Payment at booking
I would love the option to have customers pay when they book, rather than always having to send an invoice. For dog daycare, I require payment at drop off but this can be avoided by having them pay when they book online. For boarding, I collect a partial payment to secure their spot and the remainder is due at pick up, so being able to collect the deposit at checkout would be helpful.

Ability to double space notes
I’ve noticed that when I tried to section off my report and I add the enters (spaces) It removes them when it is saved. I like to write a longer report so I think It helps the client read it easier

Ability to customize / add sections to "Client & Pet Info"
I’m new to using Scritches and loving it so far! About to subscribe to a paid tier 😊 I do primarily housesitting, so I get a lot of different info from clients about their house. But the only sections for client info are “Contact Info” (which I can’t add to) and “Additional Info”. I’m currently using a google/word document to collect my intake info, since that supports bullet points, bold/italics, highlight, etc. I think I’m going to stick with that based on the current capabilities of Scritches, but I’d still love to be able to copy more info over here for easy access, and then treat the longer doc as a reference. I’d love to be able to add separate sections to the “Client Info” page so the stuff I add isn’t ALL lumped together under “Additional Info”. I like having the section headers to break things up.
Letting individual sitters set their own their own rates
Hi! I'm restructuring my business model to work with independent contractor sitters, similar to how Rover and Wag operate. Right now, pricing in Scritches is set with sitters earning either a fixed amount or a percentage of the current set price. Which is great, but not for a contractor model. What I'd love to see is the ability for each sitter to set and adjust their own rate per service with the ability to configure a commission percentage on top of whatever that sitter charges. That way the price shown to clients reflects what the individual sitter is actually charging, not a fixed rate. Closer to a marketplace set up. I think this would be a great fit for other small agencies on Scritches who are moving toward a contractor model rather than W2 staff setup (US based, idk how it works in other areas). As always, thank you for all that you do! Every time I use Scritches, it just gets better and better and I feel like we’re really being heard :)
Memorialize pet profiles
I noticed that you don't have an option for clients to memorialize there pets profiles for their pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge.... Please look into setting up a feature like this perhaps even adding an area where photos that have been taken on their past report cards are also added when they memorialize their pets profile... I recently had a client whose pet had passed due to an unfortunate accident... I had just recently heard of their passing and it hurt my heart.... I honestly really hurts when pet owners don't inform the sitters who have pet sit for their pets.. when these kind of tragedies take place.... we form great bonds with each one as if they were our own.... I'm requesting this feature so pet owners and sitters have a memorial area on their profile where they can look back and remember the good memories that they've had with each pet... I know this will take some time to add but I hope you will take this request into consideration. Thank you so much for listening to the feedback of our pet sitting community

Report Card Pictures
Can we have the option to crop/reposition the photos or to just remove the Polaroid type border all together so that it isn’t cutting off pictures I’d like to send to owners. I’d gets time consuming having to check the preview every visit and replace photos that are being cut off because of the border and the auto cropping
Puppy Fees & Sitting Late Departure Surcharges
An option for dogs under 1 year old would be great. For example: I charge $5 additional for puppies on walks/drop ins, and $10/night for overnight stays. I also charge an additional $50 for a sitting that ends more than 6 hours after it starts. For example: Starts Friday at 9am but ends Monday at 6pm. (not boarding)
More flexibility
Could we have more flexibility on the following: Mix and match services for one booking. For example if they want a shorter visit in the morning compared to the afternoon. Maximum bookings limits that can be different for different days and per time frame. I currently work around an office job so this would allow me to for example have a maximum of 2 visits in a morning during the week but have more morning visits on a weekend.
Invoice generation and auto send upon confirmation of booking
Hi! I’m just getting started and am wondering if this is already a feature: I’d like my invoices to immediately and automatically send to my clients after a booking is confirmed. Or have the option for this to happen (as of course not everyone might want that) Is this already an option? I’m sorry I’m just so new to this and am confused on the invoicing and trying to figure it out. I want to manually send my client an invoice now (so I’m paid before the service) but I read it will auto generate at some point. And I always want to be paid before my services and so im trying to figure out if Scritches ever generates invoices before services..? This client is a weekly client. If you can shed some light on this that would be awesome!
