I have rates set up for additional pets for a few of my services, but every so often they zero back out and I have to go back in and add them. Is there a reason for this, or just a bug maybe?
Hey Megan, there was a recent bug that was intermittently resetting additional pet rates. It’s now been fixed and you shouldn’t see this happening anymore
