Hey @Alexa Rabini , manual booking status changes were removed in the latest update. There’s more in the backend dependent on them now, so the system manages them on its own. Setting one by hand would put things out of sync, and in theory, you shouldn't need it anymore since things stay in order automatically. I'd love to hear how you were using it before, as there may be a gap.

That totally makes sense! Well sometimes I need to extend a stay after it’s been “completed” because I don’t get to adjusting it in time so like one of my fosters is still here but she’s marked as completed. I also prefer to keep the upcoming bookings as just the next 30 days and leave future bookings under pending just so I can focus on the month as a whole but that I can get over it’s more so the opps I forgot to edit the time and it won’t let me mark it back to in progress

Thanks for the context Alexa! Sounds like the stay extension is an oversight, I’m working on a fix for that now so statuses stay in sync if you update times after the fact. And I see how the 30 day focused view would be nice to have. I think there’s some opportunity for improved filtering in the bookings view for cases like this.
