Can't remove phone number

Hello! I have tried deleting my phone number and address from the business information section, but when I save changes they show right back up. I’ve been able to work around this by adding a bunch of zeroes, but the page currently won’t allow me to just delete and leave the phone number and address blank, it reverts to whatever I last had there.
