Current client log in error

Hi, it's been reported from many clients that when they try to access their portal they get the error message as seen below.

It gets fixed when I resend them their welcome e-mail but that's not ideal. Any idea what's causing the issue?

    Hey @Léa Pertuy ! Thanks for letting me know about this. This page is shown when someone navigates to

    https://app.scritches.io/portal instead of https://app.scritches.io/portal/pawscochrane.

    I am discovering that the former is being automatically indexed by Google. So, a pet parent wants to view their portal with you, they search “Scritches portal login” on Google, and get navigated to the page in your above screenshot, instead of your unique link.

    There are some fixes I’m looking into on my end to make portals easier to access for pet parents. In the meantime, the best short-term solution is to direct clients to your unique portal URL directly, either by sharing it with them or making it easy to find on your website, email footer, or anywhere else they are likely to look.
