Download completed forms/agreements as PDF with signatures and custom fields

I want to be able to download completed intake forms and signed agreements as a single PDF that includes the visual signature and all filled-out custom question answers. Currently, signatures are only stored as timestamps and custom answers are moved to Notes, which makes the downloaded document feel incomplete for record-keeping purposes.

    I feel like this is a deal breaker. We need the ability to download a PDF of the signed agreement with the client’s signature and timestamp. When viewing the client’s signed documents in the Document Center the “Download Agreement” button simply downloads an HTML copy of the agreement content, without any signature information.
