Download completed forms/agreements as PDF with signatures and custom fields

I want to be able to download completed intake forms and signed agreements as a single PDF that includes the visual signature and all filled-out custom question answers. Currently, signatures are only stored as timestamps and custom answers are moved to Notes, which makes the downloaded document feel incomplete for record-keeping purposes.
