Error occurred with Signing In

After attempting to register at the Scritches portal as a PetParent, every time I try to sign in using the details i’ve registered I’m taken to a blank page that just says “An error has occurred”. This issue currently is stopping me from booking an appointment through Scritches since every time it recognizes my log in info and tries to sign me in, it goes back to the error page and I cannot finish the booking process. Happens on both firefox and chrome on android, and firefox on PC.
