Hey @petsittershasta , I believe this is likely caused by the file format you used for either your logo or cover photos. It only accepts .jpgs and .pngs, so if you tried to upload something like .heic or .avif, it would error. This definitely isn’t made clear, so I pushed a change to disallow these types of files completely.
You’ll still need to convert your files to jpeg or png, however. You can use a free site like
