Evening/after hours surcharge?

Is there a way to create a surcharge for certain time blocks? I prefer not to completely block off evening availability, but I would like to discourage unnecessary evening bookings. Being able to add an extra fee to bookings during specific time blocks would help encourage clients to choose daytime appointments while still leaving evenings available when needed.

Or if people have other suggestions to manage this please let me know.
