Form Crashing when entering Zipcode

Hi, I am having an error when a client is creating a new profile, when they go to enter in their zip code, the site crashes and an error is shown.


I have tried it on my own devices, my computer, using firefox browser and iphone using safari as well as my client trying on their computer (firefox browser) and android phone.

    @Sandy Covington thanks for notifying me of this, as well as testing it out on different devices! This definitely is a bug that needs to be fixed.

    I’ve pushed up a fix for it that’s live now. Please let me know if you still experience any issues.
