Glitching while trying to type on report cards

Hi! I've been having an issue the last week or so when trying to type into any field on report cards (occurs with text under photos, details on checklist, finally note section- all of them) where it takes a moment to catch up to what I'm typing, and also repeatedly deletes what I've just typed. Sometimes it will immediately pop back up after deleting, sometimes not. I've noticed it's worse when I manually type each letter rather than swype style texting, but it still happens either way. 

I've been resorting to typing things out in a notepad and then cut& pasting into report cards. I was hoping it would work itself out with the big report card update but no luck so far, and I've also cleared my cache in Chrome. Thanks in advance!
