I sent an invoice link to a client and when she clicked on it, it said invoice not found. The same thing happened to another client with a receipt link. I resent them and it worked.
Any updates on this as it is continually happening

Hey @Shawnee ! How are you sending the invoice/receipt to your client? Email or link share? Any other details that would be useful for me to know? I haven’t been able to reproduce this on my end, so the more info you can share, the better!

Link share. I go to the invoice and do copy client link and paste it into a text message. The first time it almost always says invoice not available. I copy it again and it works the second time.

Thanks for the info. I’ll do some additional testing. If you come across a link that navigates to one of those “not found pages” and can send it to me, that would also speed things up a lot.
