Issue with Report Cards

I just had a client reach out me, second issue today from two different clients, stating the report card isn't showing properly for the check off notes. This medication note was meant to be under another dog which on my end it shows correctly while on the clients view is showing the wrong dog. It's also not showing all of the checklist notes I sent as well.

    Hey @Jessica Blackman ! Thanks for letting me know about this.

    There were some general issues with Report Card creation that I fixed today. However, the behavior you’re describing sounds a little different from those, so I’d like to take a closer look at this one specifically.

    Are you still seeing the problem where the checklist notes or medication note appear under the wrong pet on the client’s view? I’ll dig into this more tomorrow, regardless.
