Issue with Report Cards

I just had a client reach out me, second issue today from two different clients, stating the report card isn't showing properly for the check off notes. This medication note was meant to be under another dog which on my end it shows correctly while on the clients view is showing the wrong dog. It's also not showing all of the checklist notes I sent as well.
