Overbooking Protection not working and issue with

• i booked 5 visits in a row on the same date and same service window and could’ve continued. The service window’s booking protection was set to 2

• Before that I was playing around with how to set up a limited service and booked that service on the same day and same service window 3 times. That service window was set to 1.

• Also, i had blocked off a full working day, and it showed unavailable right away, so that was okay.. until i accidentally double clicked on the blocked day and that opened it up for bookings, the service windows all appeared and i was able to to book during the time that i had blocked off.

• For all 3 situations i was definitely logged in as a client, was not using the chrome account that i log into Scritches as an admin on and booked each visit separately, one booking at a time.
