Report Card not Showing checklist on Phone

My client reported that their report card did not list the completed checklist items when I sent via text. From my preview it looked fine, but now when I go back to check the preview again it deleted the information I had in there. These were from Jan 24/27th, so there may have been updates since then because I went back and previewed a card from this past weekend and it did not delete it.
Also, when everything is checked it just says “Care Checklist Complete”, but I wouldn’t expect owners to really keep track of what is on the checklist. Is there a way to list the items even when they are all complete?
