Report Cards not updating photos at all

I haven't been able to upload photos to report cards since yesterday. There's no error message at all-it pulls up the selection menu to choose photos, then once I select one (or multiple) it just goes back to the report card with no photos showing as if I never hit to update photos at all. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalled the Web app on my phone and tried it in Chrome, nothing helped. I'd really appreciate if this was handled ASAP. I just subscribed to the paid version a week or so ago and it's very awkward having to explain to clients that report cards are already malfunctioning after they've been so patient with me with the transition.
