People used to request to book, however bookings are now being automatically confirmed. My settings are still 'Request to Book'. Could someone please assist with this asap.
Hey @Claire Lathouras , were these bookings submitted by your clients through online booking, or by you from the business side? The “Pending” status was recently reworked to only be for bookings submitted by clients.
