"Service not available" ??

I keep getting this error when trying to update a booking.

I have checked and double checked my service windows and Monday is set to available. I am trying to edit a stay that technically completed but need to extend to two more days. I have been able to do this in the past. I am able to create a new, separate, booking on Monday.
