Several Nuances That I Would Love to See Adjusted

  • Invoicing/Testing: Deleted clients leave lingering invoices, skewing test client income. Deleting these test invoices is unclear/not an option I see.

  • Onboarding/Portal: The pet parent portal link is difficult to find and differs from the in-app booking link, causing sign-in confusion. There's no direct link to specific client portals that I can easily locate.

  • Navigation/Booking: The pet parent login incorrectly defaults to the provider portal and when the pet parent logs in, it keeps thinking they are the provider with incorrect credentials. Finding existing bookings is difficult for pet parents once they get to their dashboard page. Adding an address on the client booking page doesn't return to the booking flow, and changing the booking start date reverts to the original date while booking. Clicking the Scritches logo should may make it so it intuitively leads to the client dashboard.

  • Communication: A "send initial email" button on the client page for onboarding would be helpful that might include their portal links, their sign up links, etc., and a direct chat feature with clients is desired where we might be able to integrate a β€œPetsit Card” or similar for care.

  • Biggest Issue: Pet parents struggle significantly to locate their bookings after they've been made.

  • Account Deletion/Beta Feedback: I'd like the option to delete your account and restart after beta improvements, and I am willing to provide monthly test client feedback.
