Submit button cut-off when sending report card with custom message

This is only on mobile, and scrolling doesn’t work. My current workaround is to wait until I get to my computer to send the report card.

I think this may be wrapped up with the invoice stuff on mobile, too, if that’s helpful! Happens both as a standalone app and within Safari on iOS.
