thank you Lucas for all you do. I would like to request being able to include the tip prompt line at all times on invoices, not just before a booking starts and after the booking has been completed. Many of my clients with big bookings and repeat bookings like to pay like on the last day right before the last visit ends. Then the tip prompt is not there. So if there could be an option to just keep the tip prompt line on an invoice at all times, it would be great. Thank you!

Under Tip Prompts in your Payments Settings you can now choose the timing. Pick "Always at checkout" and the tip line stays on every open invoice at all times, so clients see it whenever they pay. The tip also rides along with their payment, no separate charge.
The new tip system still fixes some gaps. And this new option should give the best of both worlds.
Let me know if you’re still seeing anything that feels off!

Same here, I see the the option on my phone but not on my laptop. I can click on the “Always at checkout” and I get a pop up “tip timing updated” but the option stays on “After the service” (option not updating visually, if that makes sense)
I’m not a big fan of my clients receiving the tip prompt after the fact - I’ve had to explain that the system changed to many of them who asked where the tipping option went.
I’d like to have to option for the prompt to appear at payment. Thanks!

Can we have the old tipping system back?
