I found that with my domain provider, I had to add a period after domains.scritches.io. DNS is weird!

Hey, really appreciate the reply but i’ve tried adding a period at the end and it just disappears when I save it.

Hey Scott. Looks like you’re trying to redirect your main domain instead of setting up a subdomain. For that:
Enter www.thepurrfessionalcatsitter.co.uk into Your Domainin Scritches
Change your CNAME record name from thepurrfessionalcatsitter to www
That should then reroute www.thepurrfessionalcatsitter.co.uk to your Scritches booking.
I can’t seem to find exact info on how Squarespace handles the root domain www.thepurrfessionalcatsitter.co.uk vs thepurrfessionalcatsitter.co.uk . If the non-www version is still navigating to your original squarespace site after the above steps, let me know.
