Unrecognized client in backend

There’s a client that I don’t recognize in my clients list. Not sure how they got there, or if it was somebody just testing. It even says I have revenue from this person, but there are no bookings showing for them in the past, present, or future. Wondering if they somehow accidentally got assigned to my account.
