Upcoming Blocked Time - can't adjust time, only date

Hi there - for both desktop and mobile view, when selecting the date/time for “Upcoming Blocked Time”, you’re not able to scroll down below the Calendar to adjust the Time. I tried on mobile, I can zoom out and see that the Time is below the Calendar, but it’s impossible to scroll down to it when you let go of the screen.
