Assign Agreements to Services

Feature Request

I would love the option to assign certain agreements to certain services. For instance, when someone books a boarding appointment for the first time they are prompted to sign my boarding agreement. If they’re booking a drop in visit, they get assigned the drop in agreement.

    Hey @Megan York , you can do this with the “Required Agreements” configuration in intake forms. So you’d set up a Boarding intake form and assign your boarding agreement and service to it, and then set up a drop-in intake form and assign the drop-in agreement and service to it.

      Thanks! That makes sense. Would they be prompted to complete this each time they book an appointment? Or just the first time? I don’t really need them to fill it out each time, but don’t want to complicate the booking process by having them fill out an unnecessary form/agreement each time they book.

        Once they have the form filled they won’t be prompted to fill it out again, as long as they are signed into their portal account. If they are not, the form will give them a nudge to sign in to their account if they enter an email that matches their account.
