Automated Invoice Emails

Goal: As a business, I want invoices and payment reminders to send automatically at the right time so I don't have to manually remember to email every client, and payments arrive on schedule without extra work.

Scope:

• Automatic invoice sending

  • Configure invoices to automatically send to clients at configurable timing (e.g., "send 3 days before due date" or "send immediately when ready")

• Automatic deposit requests

  • Configure deposits to automatically send at set timings

  • Define default deposit percentages (e.g., 50%)

• Payment reminders

  • Automatically remind clients about upcoming payments before the due date

• Default settings with per-invoice overrides

  • View and manage all scheduled emails for each invoice
