Best Way to do Data Backups

Hi Lucas and Scritches team,

I’m looking for the best way to back up my data in case of a major glitch or issue where information could be lost. I’ve been highly recommended to do this regularly, but I don’t see any option to export the data out of Scritches. I’m not overly tech-savvy, so I’d really appreciate any guidance or advice you can provide.
