Can we also have the option to add service credits? I know we have a discount button but this would be something I can easily move to another booking request if needed and it won't say discount on the invoice.

    Hey @Tanyah Anderson , have you had a chance to check out the new Client Credit system? Sounds like this would work for what you’re asking, but I want to make sure I’m understanding you correctly!

      I see it now! Now, it’s just cancellation policy feature that I need help/advice with.
