Please can you make a feature so that on the pet owner portal they can request cancellations on their page without having to message me to do it for them
This would be very nice to have. Also if they can request modifications to their pending and/or confirmed bookings. Ideally they would be able to get a new invoice estimate but no actual invoice modifications until the request is approved from the business side.
