While testing with a sample client, it became clear that it would be extremely beneficial to allow change requests on already booked and approved services from both sides. If a client needs to adjust to a different time slot, they should be able to submit that request directly through the Client Portal. Likewise, if the provider needs to make an adjustment or suggest a change to a booked service, the provider should be able to initiate that request through the portal as well. Approval and decline workflows should remain in place to ensure changes are properly reviewed and confirmed by both parties.
