Client-Facing Calendar Integration & Automated Booking Reminders

Hi Scritches team,

Submitting a feature request for client-facing calendar integration and automated booking reminders.

Requesting:

1. Client-facing calendar integration — give clients the ability to add their booking to their personal calendar (Google/Apple/Outlook), either via an “Add to Calendar” button at checkout or an auto-attached .ics file on the booking confirmation email

2. Automated client reminders via email — configurable cadence (e.g., 24 hours before, morning of), sent automatically with no action required from me

Problem it solves:

Clients booking in advance frequently forget their booking times, leading to missed or mistimed drop-offs and pick-ups. Currently I’m manually sending reminders, which doesn’t scale.

Ideal client experience:

• Booking lands on their personal calendar at checkout

• Automated email reminder fires before the booking with no action from me

• Self-service reschedule/adjust flow if they spot a conflict

Even a minimal v1 — just an .ics on the confirmation email — would solve most of this.

Is any of this on the roadmap, or available as a setting I’ve missed?
