Clients can’t create own accounts

While any random person can book services and does not have to fill out an intake form, it also looks like my clients can’t even create their own accounts. This is the error message I got when trying to create an account as a pet parent for my business to test it out. What’s the point of having a “sign up” option if they aren’t allowed to actually sign up? The point of software is automation - it’s not reasonable to have me spend my time creating accounts for all my clients - they should be able to do this themselves.

Since my booking page lets any random person book services with me, but my actual clients can’t do this or create their own account to book services, there’s no way to package services, and basic messaging to clients isn’t even possible, it seems like this software just isn’t ready yet.

It’s frustrating because I need a new software and this one looked promising. But there are just so many bugs and a lack of basic tools that are essential for any pet care business it’s not functional as it is.

My business is supposed to serve my clients, not spend my time creating their accounts for them, manually adding in their services, tracking them down for veterinary records (which isn’t something I can get on the intake form or anywhere else on their record for some reason), and also tracking them down to fill out a profile they should have been required to fill out before booking services. Please consult with pet care businesses on this software to bring it up to speed and functionality. It has a lot of promise but is a long way from being usable.
