I would love to have correspondence tracker within the Clients tab, possibly among the Documents and Forms Menu. Even if it just lists a date and email sent/what was sent. For example, I have sent out a receipt and a review booster email, so I donβt resend multiple times. And please include automated emails sent out too, so we arenβt doubling up!
