Customizable Intake Forms & Vaccination Records

Hi Lucas,
It would be really important for me to be able to tailor the questions I ask pet parents for myself when they book with me and allow booking to be pending until I’ve been able to review the information that they share. I would also like to require vaccination record uploads. How can I do this with what is available currently?

This is a major reason I wanted to use a dog sitting specific tool vs a regular scheduling tool like acuity.
