Customizable Welcome Email Template?

When I sent my welcome email to a test client, I noticed that the only changeable text is in the box that populates at the top of the email. I’d love to be able to personalize the closing message of the welcome emails to sound more personable and tailored to my tone. That could also include a personal signature and/or logo. Just food for thought!

    @Nia A. I agree that more customization here would be nice. At the very least, I want to move toward email templates only including the information that is absolutely needed, and leaving out any default language a business may not want to use.
