Default Service for Booking Page Calendar

I want to be able to set a specific service (e.g., Overnight Boarding) as the default view on my booking page calendar before a customer makes their first click. Currently, it seems to default to other services like Dog Drop Ins, and I'd like more control over which availability is highlighted first.
