@colleen You can delete the payment recorded on the invoice, then, using the Triple Dot menu in the upper right corner of the invoice, click “Void Invoice”.
For context, invoices intentionally lock once their status reaches paid, and any invoice (besides Draft invoices) cannot be deleted and must be voided.
