Hello! Is this currently possible?

  • Client requests dates. Upon approval, sitter sends invoice for 25% deposit to secure the reservation. Client adds card on file and pays deposit.

  • With card on file, 25% is charged by sitter automatically at check-in.

  • With card on file, remaining 50% charged by sitter automatically at checkout.

    Hey @Marissa Huffman , good questions! In short, not today in an automated manner, but it will be once Card on File / Autocharge is released.

    Currently, you can request deposits as you laid out, but the requests will have to be sent manually, and the client will have to initiate the payment on their end.

    Once the new feature is live, you will be able to collect cards, automate deposit/payment requests, and automate payment collection.

    The feature is actively being tested, and I expect it to be completed in the coming weeks!
