So I have one client that always books drop in visits with me, when it comes up on my end it’ll say 11-11:30 but she tells me on her end it says 11-4 and I can select my own time?! Why doesn’t it pop up the same for each of us.
This has to do with your settings, how you structure your time windows, and if you have the exact time set to visible for your client or not. I personally book in time windows, but let clients request a more specific time or time frame if needed. Then I can schedule and confirm it on my end and set their booking time to be visible to them.

But I never select 11-11:30… it just shows 11-11.30 on my end?! Why doesn’t it show she picked 11-4 and then let me select my own time id like to choose?
