Established client inquiry

I didn’t know where this belong. However, I have some established clients who I went ahead and made profiles for, but their status is still pending. I’m assuming because they have to actually activate their own account to have access to their client portal or whatever. I just don’t want to make it redundant or confusing to them…or myself lol.
