Hey @Alexa Rabini , gratuity can be added by clients to the invoice if Scritches Pay is configured as a payment method. See screenshot:
If Scritches Pay isn’t used for that invoice, the tip does need to be added manually. This is because external payment methods like Venmo or Zelle happen outside of Scritches, so tips from those payments can’t be automatically tracked.
