Growth Plan!!

Feature Request

Hi I have been on the search to find a software like this for my dog walking & petsitting business. All the other ones I’ve tried are way too complicated but this one seems to be exactly what I’ve been looking for!!! I am a bit hesitant though because my business has been growing rapidly and I may need to hire another walker or petsitter in the next few months. I see you have a “growth plan” coming soon to add other team members…. I’m curious if you have an idea on when that would be launching? Thanks so much!!!

    I wanted to give a quick update on Staff Management as the end of the month approaches.

    The feature is now in the final stages of development. What's left is mostly fine-tuning, bug squashing, and experience improvements. This will likely be ready next week, or the week after.

    What will be included in the initial release is:

    • Staff profiles and staff member app access

    • Staff permissions and roles

    • Staff assignment to bookings & a completely revamped calendar experience, fine-tuned for teams

    • Exportable staff earnings reports with configurable rates per service, e.g. 80% per walks, $10 per drop in, etc.

    • Support for overnight sitting staff assignment and pay reports

    • A new "Team Highlights" section on your booking landing page

    • Automated daily schedule notifications for each staff member via email

    In terms of pricing, the new Growth tier will be set at $39 + $12 / active staff member per month. For comparison, similar platforms like Time To Pet are at $40 + $16 / active staff member, and Scoutforpets is $39 + $18 / active staff member per month.

    Hey @Calla Hayward . So glad to hear you’re liking what you see!

    Staff/team management is actually the main thing I’m working on right now, and the Growth plan is on track to launch near the end of February. That’ll include adding additional team members, staff scheduling, tracking staff pay and other core tools for teams.

    In the meantime, Scritches is a great fit for solo operations today, and you’d be in a good spot to upgrade once you bring someone on.
