Hello? I am just wondering if I'm being heard here...

I have recently reported issues with errors while creating bookings on phone vs laptop, confusing app responses with regular vs client view (hard to tell when you are in one vs the other apparently), incorrect billing status listed, etc. And there are some other things too, not as important, but things that until now worked just fine….

I am serious when I say I adored Scritches when I switched to it. But I am also serious when I say I can’t run a business without some indication or feedback that things are being fixed. Help?
