Window-based scheduling is not always practical. To ensure reliability, services should be booked in time slots rather than broad windows…this ensures a smoother scheduling experience.

    Excited to say this feature is finally live! You can now choose which services are scheduled at exact times. Time slots are automatically generated based on which Service Windows are assigned for a particular day, and they work with all of your other availability rules.

    You can add custom windows, ie. I have 30 minute windows from 9am to 5pm in addition to 2 hour blocks throughout the day. Windows work better for walking appointments while drop-ins and meet & greets get exact 30 minute time slots. Hope this helps

      Thanks for this workaround @Garrett Lockhart ! I will say that setting this up is a bit tedious and not the most flexible. If this workflow is common enough for businesses, I’d be willing to support it further.

        Hi Lucas, most of my clients prefer choosing a specific time slot so they can let me in / for feeding times. I’d love if you supported this!

    time windows...

    I want to allow clients to book me without the time windows; IE, if they want an exact time, they would pick an exact time. Short of creating 48 half hour long windows, how can I do this? Or am I missing something?

      Hey @Audrey Finkel , I plan on adding exact time scheduling in the future, but it’s a bit of an overhaul, and I’m still planning it out. The workarounds for this at the moment would be to, like you said, create the service windows for each time slot you would like to have available (and then set the booking limit to 1), or to swap the service to Stay Scheduling, which enables exact arrival and departure times (but also changes billing and scheduling).

      I tried both and for now, multiple time windows are working. But I can’t wait for the update!

      FYI the time windows thing is also creating an issue when I book multiple services for one client in one day. It takes a lot more clicks to make everything make sense on my side. It doesn’t affect the clients much because I just always click the hide time windows toggle. But it looks totally weird on my end when I am doing a walk at 10, 2 and 4, and each is listed for me as a weird window instead of 10, 2 and 4 unless I click a bunch of stuff to make it go away.

    Exact Start Time Picker for Appointment Services

    I want my clients to be able to select a specific start time (e.g., 2:00 PM) for their bookings instead of just choosing a broad time window or schedule block. This is important for hourly events where the exact start time is critical for coordination.

    Client-selected exact times during online booking

    I want clients to be able to book specific times (e.g., 12:15 PM) instead of being limited to time blocks like "Morning" or "Midday". This is important because some clients need precise timing for their pet's needs and the current block system feels restrictive.
