Help needed with scheduling

Hi. I am having a problem with scheduling. I am finding I am spending a LOT of time inputting my appointments for my clients, and invoicing. At this time, until I am 100% comfortable with scheduling, I don't want my clients doing their own. I KNOW this is USER (yup me) error. I did a lot of research before paying for the full year upfront. You have too many good reviews for this to be something in the software....which leaves....ME being the problem. LOL. I'm not even sure where to start with why it takes me so long.  I'm hoping if you ask questions, maybe with my answers you will be able to help me find my issues. (Too many to mention probably).
